5-Star Reviews

We love when families and residents share their success stories.

Sometimes you have the fortune of discovering or experiencing something that is simply just better than everything else. Without hesitation I can say that The Springs Carlotta truly has been an amazing home for my mother for the past 5 years. Wondering if it was the best decision, we came to realize her medical needs were greater than what family could offer. We felt fortunate that we were able to get her in The Springs Carlotta and get her the treatment she needed. She has been treated with love, compassion, dignity and we will forever be grateful for that. Thank you to the amazing staff at The Springs Carlotta. I would strongly recommend The Springs Carlotta to anyone in need of nursing care.

In 2023, my husband had brain surgery.  The surgery went well; however, he needed to go to a skilled nursing facility to learn how to walk again.  After a thorough search in the valley, I was very pleased to find The Springs at Carlotta.  They not only helped my husband start his recovery with physical therapy, but also provided occupational and speech therapy.  The entire staff at Carlotta was wonderful, starting with the administrative personnel, the therapists and the great nurses who were with him every day.

My husband is still recovering at home, but the important first steps he received at The Springs at Carlotta were instrumental!

Thank you!

I could list probably 15-20 names of exemplary managers and staff who not only did their jobs well, but cared for our Mom and became her friends. Dora at the hair salon. Charles, the kindest gentleman CNA. Manny, always smiling and offering help in any area of maintenance. Donna and Lisa, who can juggle more tasks at one time than anyone. While she didn’t stay in Skilled Nursing for very long, the care she received was excellent. The team of nurses and CNA’s and therapists is competent and professional. We are very grateful for these years and this place.

For my 97 year old father, this place is a blessing, at least, so far. He went into the skilled nursing after a serious 911 call that left him very weak. They did a great job bringing him back to life, and he grew very fond of the staff. We moved him next door into the Assisted living side, and so far, he is happy and being well cared for.
